"A Resounding Fail on Transparency and Communication"

My experience with DiversyFund has been a frustrating exercise in a complete lack of transparency and professionalism. The updates from the CEO are consistently generic, filled with broad statements about the real estate market and what real estate is, rather than concrete information about the funds themselves. The fund updates are sporadic and laughably brief - one or two sentences at best, accompanied by a single graph showing average rental rates. That's all you get. To find any real information, you're forced to dig through complex SEC filings, and even then, the details are buried. Their semi-annual report for DF Growth REIT, LLC, for the period ending June 30, 2024, discloses a net loss of $1,722,043 and the total loss of an investment in another venture, DiversyFund Granito, LLC, due to a foreclosure. This critical information is hidden away instead of being communicated directly and clearly to investors. The online portal is just as useless. It feels like a dated, poorly designed website from 2005. You're greeted with irrelevant charts comparing real estate to other asset classes, and the page for your actual investments is nothing more than a list of names. There's no performance data, no acquisition dates, no disposition plans—just a list. And if you ever need help, don't bother trying to contact support. The button on the website leads to a 404 error page, leaving you with no one to call and no way to get answers. Ultimately, this company fails to provide even basic, professional-level communication or a functional platform. You're left to your own devices to find out what's happening with your investment, which is a significant disservice to clients.
